Free events
Free tickets are completely free, with no platform or card-processing fees. If someone adds a donation, the card fee applies to the donation only.
Donations
Let ticket buyers add a donation when they book. We don’t take a fee on donations; only card processing applies.
Discount codes
Make codes for members, early birds or sponsors’ guests. Our fee is worked out on the discounted price, and tickets discounted to £0 have no fee.

No VAT is currently charged on our platform fee.

Questions about pricing

Is there a monthly fee or contract?
No. You only pay when you sell a paid ticket, and you can stop at any time.
What are card-processing costs?
Stripe, who handle the payments, charge a fee on each card payment. It’s taken from your share of each order, and the exact amount is shown on every order in your dashboard.
Who gets the charity rate?
Registered charities and charitable incorporated organisations (CIOs). Choose that type when you sign up and include your charity number; we check it on the charity register before the lower fee applies. If you change your details later, we check them again.
Do I pay anything on donations?
Not to us. If ticket buyers add a donation, only card processing applies to it.
What happens if I refund a booking?
The customer gets everything back. Stripe keeps its card fee, which comes from your share. If you cancel a performance, we refund our fee too.
When do I get paid?
If you set up Stripe through us, your share is passed on as each order is paid and Stripe pays it into your bank every Monday. If you connect your own Stripe account, it follows your own payout schedule.
